In case candidates invited from other cities for interviews, it is important to arrange accommodation for them if it is required.

4. It is very important while developing the list of interview questions, that each of the job criteria is addressed to determine qualifications for each of the job requirements. There also must be a plan in place to ask candidates to elaborate on areas of their resumes and cover letters. When developing interview questions, plan to use open-ended questions.
