In February 2017, I interviewed Mr. Khalid Mansoor (CEO HUBCO) for my research on leadership. He shared his views on business and leadership approaches in Pakistan. Following are the crux of his interview and most of his insights will be incorporated in my research. Achievements Greatest achievement are in the market. People normally tend to blow their trumpet, but the success is something which is really recognized by the market. People are really excelling in their respected jobs and at the moment HUBCO is engaged in 4.5 billion dollar project both by virtue of that the share of HUBCO has risen in new high top 145 rupees. The inspirational Mr. Syed Muhammad Ali bestowed the leadership class on 15 July,2017 at IoBM with his presence by holding an engaging session with the students that touched upon the key learnings from his extensive corporate experience. Starting his career in 2000 with Abbott, Mr. Ali has tested his merit in a variety of roles in the organization and emerged triumphant with several challenges that he has taken during the tenure of his celebrated career. On 8 th of July, 2017, the class of leadership held a guest speaking session. Introducing Mr. Husham Yousufi, General Manager  Marketing & Sales at Al-Karam textiles Mills (Pvt.), as the guest speaker to throw light on the dynamics of leadership & what struggle one needs to do to become a leader. Mr. Yousufi, had an interactive session, by answering the bundle of queries that young minds were going through to bring the best of knowledge within them. With his charismatic personality he started the session with full of spirits letting students know about his struggle to become what he is today. He first started with his academic career & later he explained about his vast experiences that took him 17 years to become what he is today.
