Ledership Qualities (Traits, skills and competencies)
Much has been written on leadership. Research after world war 1 and 2, emphasized on traits and believed that Leaders are born. But after the human relation movement and emergence of OB study, the research inclined towards that “leaders are made” i.e. Everyone can become a leader, if he or she wants so. In this regard DDI, has done remarkable work. This post is dedicated to get opinions from people what they think about the crucial leadership qualities.
