How can millennials become future leaders?

Millennia’s are tech savvy trendsetters; they are hasty and erratic with shifting loyalties. However they are a multi-tasking, result oriented generation who are socially connected, they feed on information as well as innovatively employ ways to create it and this generation is the new and future employees of various companies. The topic I choose focusing on millennial how they can become future leaders and for this we have mobile phone users in Pakistan.

Their nature of work and trends need to be realized to retain this erratic and impulsive bunch of workers, this is what they seek in organization. They need to be motivated by potential for career development and growth within once choice of profession. In fact they not only effectively seek opportunities within an organization to grow as an employee, but also seek similar opportunities outside the firm amongst competitors. Secondly this generation gets a high on self-empowerment, they like to see in control and prefer working according to their own set work standards since they are tech savvy and work non-traditionally. Hence it is preferable to engage them by becoming a “result oriented “firm rather than a work ethics one. Millennia’s are multi takers its preferable to hand them individual projects with flexible work timings, flexible work methods so they develop their work skills.

  1. In Today's day and age technology has become an important part of our lives and has made it easier for us to work.Technology provides us with opportunities to prosper and allow us to control our environment to some extent.
    Multi-tasking has become possible which allow us to follow the unconventional path and develop various skills and all this contributes in making good future leaders.
