How to build Confidence ?

One may think that confidence is something which comes naturally, however for a majority of people this is not the case. Confidence is not just about being good at something and being able to communicate it and use that talent effectively, is much more than that. Confidence is all about showing courage in what you think is right when everyone else around you may think is wrong, confidence is overcoming your own worst fears and doing something that is out of your comfort zone, which pushes your boundaries.

By the discussion above it may all seem very straightforward for someone to build confidence just like that, however like everything else there is a systematic and logical way of acquiring confidence. The formula is simple, all you need to remember is the 3C’s. Let’s look at those 3Cs in a bit of detail.

Cause, this is the 1stC that is essential in order for someone to build confidence. You as an individual need to have a cause that you’re working towards, because this will be the driving force which will make you work towards that goal every single most of your day. When you have a cause, you will have a strong conviction to see the work through till the end, any you will go to any or all extremes in order to get it done.

Coach the 2ndC, this is the most essential thing that is required for anyone who is working on gaining confidence, you need someone who can guide you and support you very step of the way and tell you what’s right and what’s wrong. It is imperative that there is someone who is showing you the way in order to get to your destination.

In the grand scheme of things, there is one thing that you CANNOT at any cost forget about, and that is your creator, which is the 3rd C. Your creator created you for a reason, and it is up to you as an individual to make sure that you use every single resource around you to make sure that you fulfil that purpose, and the only way you can do that is by mustering up all the courage that you can and getting the right advice from your coach in order to build confidence like never before.

Here are some useful tips for you to learn how to build confidence by following in the footsteps of some of the greats:

·        Steve Jobs is by far the most classical example, he saw failure so many times but he never gave up and achieved greatness by following his cause.

·        Movies like Karate Kid and Shaolin Soccer are just a few of the very famous inspirational movies available for you to watch.
