In February 2017, I interviewed Mr. Khalid Mansoor (CEO HUBCO) for my research on leadership. He shared his views on business and leadership approaches in Pakistan. Following are the crux of his interview and most of his insights will be incorporated in my research. Achievements Greatest achievement are in the market. People normally tend to blow their trumpet, but the success is something which is really recognized by the market. On 8 th of July, 2017, the class of leadership held a guest speaking session. Introducing Mr. Husham Yousufi, General Manager  Marketing & Sales at Al-Karam textiles Mills (Pvt.), as the guest speaker to throw light on the dynamics of leadership & what struggle one needs to do to become a leader.
